Desired Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in US Accounting, preferably supporting small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, compliance requirements, and financial accuracy standards.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of US Sales tax.
  • Should have project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven capability to take on responsibilities beyond routine operations.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing large teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of timelines, efficiency, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-demand environments

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of 150+ employees to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure timely completion of all deliverables with strict adherence to accuracy and quality standards.
  • Drive effective month-end and year-end accounting processes for assigned clients.
  • Resolve internal and client queries within agreed TATs.
  • Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to Team Leads and staff.
  • Participate in daily and weekly client calls; maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and external clients when required.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation.
  • Prepare and submit management reports based on measurable KRAs.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and clients on daily operational requirements.
  • Achieve and maintain SLAs through strong operational planning, productivity management, and accuracy.

Qualification:

  • B. Com, M.com, Inter CA, CA, CPA, ACCA

  • Familiar with the Quick Book online accounting software
  • Well versed with the different communication applications & work flow portals
